Clem Jones Tunnel (CLEM7) is Brisbane’s first major road tunnel. The 6.8 kilometre CLEM7 is being delivered on behalf of Brisbane City Council by Queensland toll road company, RiverCity Motorway Group.
The tunnel includes twin, 2–lane 4.8 kilometre tunnels that pass under the Brisbane River at a depth of about 50m, which will link to five existing major motorways and arterial roads on the north and south sides of the Brisbane River which together carry 400,000 vehicles every day. When completed, it will be the longest road tunnel in Australia.
Upon completion of the project, around March 2010, Miska will have supplied over 300 meters of bridge expansion joints.
