WC-TYPE 1,2,3
Miska Wall/Floor joints are specially designed to compliment the Miska range of coverplate joints. The primary advantage of this type of joint is that it will accommodate a high degree of horizontal and transverse joint movement. It is particularly suitable for situations where joint gaps run along a wall or
where a new slab is being joined to an existing wall structure.
As the Wall/Floor joint incorporates base extrusions from standard Miska coverplate designs, it can be
manufactured to match Type 1 (AC,BC,ACS) & Type 11
(ACL,BCL,ACSL). Careful consideration should be given to the positioning and application of the joint as it is not capable of vertical movement. Available in Brass, Aluminium and Stainless Steel finishes.

MCC
The Miska Coverplate Clip allows for standard coverplates to be economically fastened into the expansion joint with specially designed stainless steel grade 304 spring clips. The clip design allows for the coverplate to be held centrally over the joint and both horizontal and vertical movement is catered for. The coverplates are available in Brass, Aluminium and Stainless Steel and can be varied in width and thickness depending on the load requirements.

SF Seal Joints
The Miska SF Seal Joints are a unique joint system developed for areas where a high degree of floor hygiene is required. Being a completely sealed system, the joint resists moisture, chemical attack and the build up of dirt and pathogens. Ideal for hospitals, clean rooms, food preparation areas, child care facilities and laboratories. The SF30 Joint will provide a smooth, bump-free ride over the joint for light pedestrian traffic, wheelchairs, light trolleys, emergency stretchers and other sensitive equipment.
This joint is usually installed flush with the surrounding level. A block-out on either side of the joint gap must be provided for when the slabs are first poured. Installation of the joint is normally carried out at, or just prior to, laying of the floor finish.
The joint is purpose designed for applications where small movement ranges exist. The innovative seal design will also accommodate limited vertical movement. As the joint is made from Santoprene, the seal can be coloured to match any floor finish and is easily replaced if damaged or worn.
Available in SF30, SF60 and SF90.

NHS-80 External Wall / Facade Joint
The Miska NHS80 is a waterproof joint system designed for both internal and external vertical wall and soffit applications.
A significant movement range of ± 55mm is catered for with provision for lateral and vertical movement during seismic events.
Installation requirements are minimal and a block out of 80mm wide x 70mm deep will ensure a flush finish with surrounding levels.
The use of Santoprene in both seals resists moisture and chemical attack whilst providing an aesthetically pleasing architectural finish. This seal can be supplied in a limited colour range to match external facade materials.
